We are co-funding the establishment of a Russian energy policy professorship in the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Helsinki. A key focus of the new professorship is the regional impact on supporting business and regional development. The purpose of the professorship is to develop and strengthen research concerning Russian energy policy at the University of Helsinki, paying special attention to the needs of the Porvoo and Itä-Uusimaa region as well as the business sector.
